Dear Student Services,
I am a non-smartphone user and, per University Policy, I require a physical printout of my certificate of enrolment to access University Buildings. I recently lost my previous copy and am trying to print a new one. However, I am running into an issue with the official PDF downloaded from OSIRIS (attached). When I send it to the UU printers, the machine fails and prints an error page reading: PDFToPSGetPermissions Error: Print Permission not allowed It appears the PDF generated by OSIRIS has strict digital rights/security permissions enabled that restrict printing. Could you please notify the IT department so they can look into the OSIRIS PDF export settings? In the meantime, as I need building access, would it be possible for you to send me a restriction-free or flattened version of my certificate that I can successfully print? Kind regards, Victor (5184649)
